I saw Preeti Gupta’s post and searched the meaning of it. I felt its’ a soothing one. I turn it on when I work. That’s it Bhuvi. Don’t know much about this.

Hi Bhuvi, it is the buddhist metta prayer of compassion…Very soothing and relaxing.
